4 Test Run: Stocking Pick Me Up

At the risk of sounding like terrible pet parents, I need for you to know that never before have Ralph and June had proper stockings. Now before you run screaming from the blog, please pick your jaw up off of the floor and allow me to explain. June is new to our clan, so she has no frame of reference for comparison, but  poor Ralph. This is his third puppy Christmas and never a stocking in sight…until now!

During a weekly Target excursion, we stumbled across these adorable stockings that were almost good enough for our fur balls.

You see, after what we put the kids through this past Halloween, they deserve much more than off-the-rack…

 

Embellishment was definitely in order, as was an impromptu Test Run!…
  

A little scrapbooking gear, a gift box, and ribbon go a long way in sprucing up a snooze worthy stocking…

   

Much better!

 
Now, if you would be so kind as to hold off on your phone call to the ASPCA, I really don’t need Sarah McLachlan knocking on my door. I have stockings to fill after all.
