Recently, Eric and I stopped by the new urban loft homes in Downtown Little Rock, appropriately named the Vertical Lofts, to see how they are coming along. I've got to tell you, they are fantastic! Located across from the Union Station, the Vertical Lofts offer contemporary living with ecofriendly features to boot, including low-water landscape design, bamboo wood flooring, Energy Star appliances and lighting, and double insulated low E windows. The open floor plan and roof deck also make for excellent entertaining space.
