This weekend, the residents of the Fairfax Condos in Hillcrest arranged a fun May Day get together for friends. My sister and her boyfriend, Oliver, invited us to the shindig, and we had a great time! The common patio and fenced yard were decorated for the occasion and fun was had by all. While the party was fantastic, we need to move on to more important issues: real estate, of course!

As promised during last week's Neck of the Woods, I cruised on over to Jessica and Oliver's to share their fabulous condo with you. Below are a few shots of their place...

Pretty great place, don't you agree? While Jessica and Oliver's pad is not currently on the market, Hillcrest condos are always in demand and for good reason!
