3 Desk Reveal, Plus a Little Something Extra

I promised to post photos this week of our desk in its newly transformed state, and since the week is almost over, here they are! Before we reveal our new and much improved desk, let’s recap for a moment, shall we?
When I stumbled across this little guy (click here to see the back story), he was caked in dust and suffering from a curious case of faux wood laminate—think of it as a bad toupee for furniture…
Nonetheless, with just a bit of work, we knew the desk would make a great addition to our home office. Once primed, painted and outfitted with new hardware, this study companion was ready to roll.
Well, look who else managed to sneak their way inside…

Remember this guy before?…
Not much of a difference, you say? You are right! All we did was give him a good scrub and strategically place a few accessories. No elbow grease required here.
Two more projects checked off the Rehabilitation Station to do list, but no worries. There is always another project lurking in the garage. Happy living!

The desk looks so good and I cannot wait to see what the chairs look like when you finish them.
The desk looks amazing! I can't believe that you did that. I'm inspired but know that mine may not turn out as good. :)
