Downtown Little Rock is a thriving section of our city. From the hussle and bussle of workweek foot traffic to a vibrant nightlife on the weekend—and week nights too!—there is always something new happening downtown.

Eric and I currently live downtown and couldn’t love it more! Ralph, our terribly handsome corgi-terrier mix, loves to go on walks and check out the sights, while Eric and I enjoy eating at Little Rock hotspots like Community Bakery, Lulav, and Your Momma’s Good Food—hands down, best rolls in town. My stomach is growling just thinking about them. While we love the wide variety of people and entertainment, the most exciting part of living downtown for Eric and I has to be the diversity of real estate. From gorgeous century old historic homes to contemporary condos, there is never a dull moment in the downtown real estate market.
