A big congratulations to Aaron & Melanie on the sale of their home! A few months back, these newlyweds bought a home together and I was put to the task of selling Melanie’s bachelorette pad. I’ve worked with this fun duo a couple of times before and was pumped to help them get this one sold…and we did!
As for what’s going on in my neck of the woods, I’m back from a fab-u-lous Mexican getaway and can’t wait to share a few (dozen) pics from my time in paradise. I'll do my best to sneak in a special vacay before & after later this afternoon.

A big congratulations to Jason & Amanda on their very first home! Now I love all of my buyers, but first time buyers hold a special place in my home loving heart. They are always a bundle of excitement and this cute couple was no exception.
Yesterday at closing, Jason said he had no idea that when we all three first met in January to kick off the home search that they would be closing on their first house this quickly. Amanda and I couldn’t help but sneak in a grin. We obviously had other plans. What can I say? When the perfect house comes along, you grab it! And Jason & Amanda did just that.

Watch out, y’all. Big sister may shed a tear or two writing this post. This morning my little baby brother closed on his very first home. I mean seriously? He’s just getting so stinkin’ big…and picking up his phone to send me a “Really, Cara? You just had to post that didn’t you?” text at this very moment.
I had so much fun helping my brother scout out his bachelor pad and he knows just who to call to help him fix it up DIY-style…Dad.
