Arkansas! Oh yes, my friend. According to MSN, Arkansas ranks #3 on the list of the top states that have more people moving in than moving out.

1. Washington DC (Objection! Not really a state, so shouldn’t that bump Arkansas up to the #2 spot. We vote yes.)
