0 Celeb Digs: Joan Rivers

Funny gal, Joan Rivers, recently put her

Upper East Side condo on the market with an asking price of $25 million.

The neo-French classical style penthouse w

ith 3 bedrooms and 4.5 baths occupies 5,190 square feet and includes a two-story gallery, private elevator, 23-foot ceilings, marble fireplaces and two terraces boasting views of Central Park.

Oh dear, Joan. Your decor is, well—let’s just say it’s not what I would have selected. I’m just not so sure that I would have painted heaven on my living room ceiling. But, the terrace is lovely.

0 Celeb Digs: John Mayer

When John Mayer, the 15-time Grammy nominee, bought a 2,500-square-foot apartment in New York City’s SoHo, he could think of no one better to help him get settled than fashion icon, Giorgio Armani. “I wanted to create a sophisticated environment for John,” Armani says, “one that will bring as much pleasure to him as his music brings to us.”

Check out the photos of Mayer’s pad featured in Elle Decor.

0 Celeb Digs: Jennifer Garner & Ben Affleck

Actors Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck recently purchased this stunning ranch house in Pacific Palisades, California. With 5 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, the couple snagged the 8,800 square foot home for $17.55 million—not too shabby when you consider the original asking price of $27.5 million!

The home was last decorated by interior designer Michael Smith, recently chosen by First Lady Michelle Obama as the White House decorator. Very cozy!

The home sits on 3 acres and has remarkable canyon, city and ocean views. And with a pool, gym, basketball court and tree house there will be plenty to keep the growing family busy!
