8 After Party: Our Guest Bedroom

>> Saturday, May 15, 2010

Over the past week, we’ve been hard at work primping our guest bedroom. Keeping it green by decorating with items we already had hanging around the house or recycled from a previous owner, not only did we give ourselves a pat on the back for creating an earth-healthy space but also saved a bundle!

Take a gander at our guest bedroom the day we moved in. You know it was in serious need of a little TLC…

That’s our guest bedroom in a nutshell! Check back next week to find out where we snagged all of the goods for this space.

I love it so much! Very comfortable and relaxing, just like a guestroom should be I think. Now I'm ready to find out where you found all of the stuff!

Holy smokes!

Great job, but why didn't you want to keep the rolling blinds :)

Thanks, guys! Dare I say I like our guest bedroom more than the master? Alright, I'll say it. I'm moving in!

Thank you my anonymous pal! We used a combo of 1/2 Compatable Cream & 1/2 Napery from Sherwin Williams.

My only complaint: it's hard to photograph. The color often turns out looking more yellow than it actually is. Any helpful tips from my photographer pals would fabulous!
